Qianling Park

On Wednesday, Oct. 7 we were the last ones to catch a plane and were just walking around the city of Guiyang and we ran into a Canadian fellow and his Chinese wife. They took the four of us up to Qianling Park. It is a mountain right in the city with a lake, a gondola ride, and monkeys all over wanting to share your bananas. We had a totally delightful time with this couple. Lily, the wife, just grabbed onto my arm and pulled me through crowds and traffic and laughed and was so much fun. What a delightful way it was to spend a last day.
