I got up early and found a good recipe for pumpkin cookies so I'm afraid that most of us had them for breakfast. I did slice up an apple that they snacked on while they watched cartoons. We decided that there was fiber from the pumpkin, protein from the eggs and hey, they would have had a sweet syrup on the pancakes anyway so why not spoil them?
We spent the morning watching cartoons, painting, playing musical instruments and making pioneer puzzles.
